Brief Snapshot:
When I began work on the R-HAP (Rawson-Harris Automatic Pistol), it was simply rough hand sketches that dated back over 15 years. Within 6 months, I had revised and modernised the concept to become a revolutionary product in an industry that has seen very little genuine innovation in the past 100 years. After these developments, we began the rigorous task of prototyping and testing and are currently manufacturing final pre-production prototypes for evaluation.

Brief Snapshot:
I manage the end to end process of 3D printing. This includes the assembly and calibration of machines (Makerbot Replicator and Makergear M2) and optimisation of all back end programming and troubleshooting. I designed the test rig R-HA use to test all unproven functioning prototypes in the safest way possible. I conduct documentation of the testing in slow motion video capture and brainstorming with the team to solve the design issues we find during test and evaluation. My engineering drawings are used to mill, injection mould, MIM, turn, cast, print, SLS, press, laser cut, jet cut and extrude production parts regularly.

Brief Snapshot:
In my role, I have traveled across Australia, the United States, India and Canada holding meetings with the Georgian Business Council, the Alabama Department of Commerce, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Special Division; Firearms, general and specialty manufacturers, materials suppliers and government departments.
I have recently had success in establishing operations in the Indian Light pole market.

Brief Snapshot:
I have developed a range of basic and intermediate programs for in-house use to speed up production and automate repetitive tasks.
I can also articulate to programmers the finer details of programming requirements and troubleshooting issues.

In Arduino I have developed a Thrust Vector Control unit for a scale rocket system and an RFID locking system for firearm holsters. I am developing a full flight avionics system for a small scale suborbital rocket system for my Major Project: Mechanical and Propulsive Landing Rocket System.

Brief Snapshot:
I've produced logos and style guides for 5 businesses with deep ties to the companies relative heritages in their meaning and design. For example, the logo and style of Rawson-Harris Armoury had to be sharp to reflect the defence orientation of the business whilst remaining approachable. The Logo is based on the origins of the business and the owners original interest in antique octagonal barreled rifles and how that lead to the creation of a modern defence business.
